    Yes, Akumal Bay is a protected area known for its sea turtle population, and sightings are highly likely, though not guaranteed.

    What is included with lunch?

    Luch includes a flavorful spread of tacos, including vegetarian options, served with beans, rice, and zesty salsas, capturing the essence of Mexican cuisine in every bite.

    Is this safe for children?
    While the temazcal is safe for children five years and up, bear in mind that it does get quite hot inside, reaching temperatures up to 38 C or 100 F. While they might find the initial ceremony interesting, children may need to leave the temazcal early.
    What equipment is provided and what do I need to bring?
    The tour includes snorkeling equipment, transportation to and from the hotel, a certified bilingual guide, and soft drinks and snacks. There are also wetsuits available upon request at Xtun. You need to bring comfortable clothing and shoes, a towel, a swimsuit, sunglasses and a hat, a change of clothes, and money for personal expenses. Additionally, there's a 13 USD per person fee to enter the Natural Reserve.

    Your tour costs are refundable if canceled 24 hours before the tour departure. If booking using the Book Now, Pay Later option, the 5% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
