Why should I book a shore excursion outside of my cruise ship?

Generally, people book excursions independently for two main reasons; first, you can find a similar or better tour for a much better price. Second, you can usually find a more authentic local experience with a small group vs. something more generic with a large group of people. 

Do you help people book cruises?

We focus solely on helping you book incredible shore excursions when you are on your Caribbean cruise. We're happy to give you tips on where to go, our favorite ports and the very best things to do once you are there. 

Pricing FAQs

Do you offer discounts for booking multiple tours

We strive to offer the lowest prices possible and don't have any additional discounts available. However, if you have a group of 20 or more you may reach out to us by email or phone to discuss a group discount.

What is Book Now/Pay Later?

The Book Now, Pay Later option requires a 5% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. You will see this option during checkout. The remaining balance is automatically processed two days before the date of the first tour on your invoice. You will receive an email reminding you of this payment five days beforehand. You must contact us before this date if you need to update your payment method. If your card is declined, your reservation will be canceled.

Do you offer a refund if our cruise ship doesn't come to port?

Yes, you will receive a refund if your cruise doesn't come to port or an excursion is canceled due to weather.

Excursion Booking FAQs

What is your cancellation policy?

Generally, we allow cancellations up until 24 hours before your schedule excursion departure time. There are no refunds issued for cancellations inside of the cancellation window. All excursion cancellation policies will be listed on that specific excursion details page before you add it to your cart. You should carefully review all cancellation policies before booking. .

How far in advance do I need to book my excursion?

To get the best pricing and availability for the most popular tours, we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance of your cruise. With that said, we often have availability up until the day before a tour for a number of different shore excursions. So, last minute bookings are still possible, but inventory of available experiences is much more limited.

What are your hours of operation?

We are in the office 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern time. Feel free to call, chat or email.

Are you an excursion company? A travel agency?

We partner with hand-selected excursion operators throughout the Caribbean. We pride ourselves in personally getting to know the experiences and people who own these companies. We then offer those carefully curated excursions to you at the same price as you could book them directly with the tour operator. However, we give you the benefit of easily finding and booking all of your excursions in one convenient place with a team dedicated to your success.
